Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange . Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Furniture online purchases, we allow refunds within 3 days of delivery minus a $100 restocking fee. The delivery fees are non-refundable. All other items other then furniture returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging or box and the item add proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
- A $100 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $2,000.00

- Merchandise arrives damaged, you have one (1) day to report any damages or defects to our Customer Care department. We are not responsible for damages that occur as a result of customers moving or assembling products. We will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services.
